Cancellation policy
You can cancel an order until it has been shipped. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 15 to 21 days from the time of order cancellation.
Refund / Return policy
Because our product is food-based, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened tea, matcha, hot chocolate, powders, snacks or other food items.
We offer a store credit (less the cost of shipping) on unopened accessories such as infusers, tea pots and kettles. Items are not refundable if opened.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will work with you to make things right.
