A cup of good green tea should never be bitter–if you brew it properly.
1) Bring fresh water to a boil.
2) Measure one to two teaspoons of your favourite green tea leaves.
3) Place the tea leaves into a teapot or use an infuser and steep for 2-3 minutes.
4) Strain.
5) Drink the tea while still hot.
You can re-steep the same green tea leaves until the flavor is gone.
