Ingredients : Apple + Hibiscus + Rosehip + Cocoa bean + Almond pieces, Natural flavors (organic compliant). **Allergen Alert - Contains Almonds**

For Black Tea:

  1. Steep tea in water that has reached boiling.
  2. Let steep between 3 - 5 minutes.
  3. Add milk, sugar, honey to taste or drink clear.

For Green Tea:

  1. Steep tea in water below a boil (185 degree F) so as not to burn the leaves
  2. Let steep between 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Drink Clear

For Herbal and Rooibos Tea:

  1. Steep in water that has reached boiling
  2. Let steep between 4 - 6 minutes or longer.
